On Monday, at the airport Donetsk, seven Ukrainian soldiers were killed of the 79th Detached Airborne Brigade and nine injured.
Coordinator of the volunteer project “Wings of the Phoenix,” Advisor to the President of Ukraine Yuriy Biriukov writes on his Facebook page.
“9:00 a.m.: seven are killed, nine – wounded at the Donetsk airport. A direct hit from a tank into the APC. Tanks of separatists are set on fire,” a statement reads.
The wounded were evacuated.
