State Duma deputy says which region of Ukraine to be “next target of Putin”

Russia plans to aggravate the situation in Odesa – to this end, special services of Russia are preparing a series of provocations in the city.
This was stated by State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev (the only one, who voted against the annexation of Crimea), Radio Free Europe/RadioLiberty reports.
According to him, the next target of Vladimir Putin is “the formation of a military corridor from the Russian border and up to Odesa.” The deputy sources reported that a contingent of Russian troops was redeployed to Transnistria.
However, according to Ponomarev, calls for peace are almost the only salvation for Putin.
“If really this truce will be the beginning of a serious peace process and will stop the aggression, it is – thank God, but it will preserve the power of Putin,” the deputy said.
Recall, September 25, the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has completed the investigation of criminal proceedings upon the facts of riots in Odesa on May 2.
