In Donetsk, a battle continues in the vicinity of the airport: there are wounded, a nine-storey building is on fire.

“A fight continues in the vicinity of the airport in Donetsk. Two women are injured. In a shootout of the “DPR” militants, storming the airport, and the Ukrainian military in the defense, in the area of the Putilovsky market, two women were wounded with a shrapnel. A nine-storey house is on fire in 11a Vzletna Street,” a statement reads.
According to local residents, firing was conducted from artillery howitzers. “Firing is probably from the “DZRHI” (Donetsk rubber and chemical products plant), explosions [are heard] in about 30 seconds, probably from a howitzer,” Donetsk residents reported in social networks.
