Indonesian Navy expressed interest in the products of the Ukrainian defense industry in the framework of Indo Defence Expo and Forum held in Jakarta.
State-owned Ukrspetsexport, which is part of the State Concern Ukroboronprom and a major exporter of all types of weapons and military equipment, offered Indonesian partners to purchase technology for the construction of An-148-300MP Navy patrol aircraft.
”Deputy chief of Indonesia`s Navy Command was offered an opportunity for the supply of maritime patrol aircraft An-148-300MP with the subsequent transfer of these aircraft assembly technology at one of Indonesia`s aircraft construction enterprises,” reads a statement.
According to the report, the Indonesian Navy expressed interest in the products of Ukraine`s defense industry.
In addition, Ukrspetsexport showcased Ukrainian anti-tank systems Skif, Kolchuga radar system, guided missiles for warplanes, and armored personnel carriers BTR-3 and BTR-4, as well as an armored vehicle Dozor-B.
