All schools will start operating in Sloviansk from September 1.
President’s Commissioner for peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donetsk and Luhansk regions Iryna Herashchenko wrote on her Facebook page.
“All 24 schools of the city will receive children on September 1 – repairs are in full swing now. The problem of textbooks is also being solved. The main funding of school repairs was undertaken by sponsors,” Herashchenko told.
According to her, Sloviansk schools are ready to receive more children and to work in two shifts and six days a week in order to include children of temporary resettlers.
