Ukrainian military “hold at gunpoint” the highway M-04, which makes it impossible to deliver “humanitarian aid” from Russia to Luhansk.
Head of the Center of Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on Facebook.
“Firing control of the ATO forces over a section of the highway M-04 near Luhansk makes it impossible to deliver the “humanitarian aid” from Russia to this city, in the case that the Russian Federation will decide to deliver it illegally via the territory, controlled by militants, having roughly ignored the requirements of the Red Cross, Ukraine and the international community,” he said.
Tymchuk noted that just this zeal caused Moscow’s demands to the Ukrainian authorities to stop combat operations in the area.
