Russia supplies terrorists in Ukraine with much less military equipment than they did before, Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko told reporters on Monday.
“In those areas that are traditionally used, the movements of military equipment are recorded, but not as much as it was before,” Lysenko said.
