The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov informed that the Russian army continued shelling the border and front-line settlements of Kharkiv, Kupyansk and Chuhuiv districts of the Kharkiv region on April 20, 2023.

In particular, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Kupyansk, Dvorichna, Vovchansk and other settlements were under fire from Russian troops.
“As a result of shelling in Kupyansk, at least 2 private houses were damaged and fires broke out. In addition, Russian troops fired artillery and mortars at the village of Dvorichna and the village of Kucherivka of Kupyansk district. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Oleh Synyehubov also noted that demining is in progress in the Kharkiv region.
“Over the last day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine inspected about 12.7 hectares of territory and defused 105 explosive objects,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
