The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov reported that Russian soldiers continued to terrorize the civilian population of the border towns and villages of the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts of the Kharkiv region with shelling on April 14, 2023.

“As a result of shelling in Vovchansk, a medical facility was damaged. A 62-year-old employee of the facility was injured and was hospitalized in a moderate condition. The building of the institution suffered significant destruction. In addition, 5 private residential buildings were damaged by shelling in Vovchansk,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Starytsia, Strilecha, Dvorichna, Krasne Pershe and other settlements of the Kharkiv region were also under Russian fire on April 14, 2023.
“Mine danger remains high in the Kharkiv region. In the Izyum district, a 44-year-old electrician was blown up and injured during restoration work. Now he is hospitalized in a moderate condition. In Izyum, a 29-year-old woman was blown up by Russian explosive device in the market. She is hospitalized in a moderate condition,” added Oleh Synyehubov.
