The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration said that as a result of the Russian shelling in the Kupyansk district, four civilians were injured on April 13, 2023.

In particular, Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Starytsia, Dvorichna, Tabaivka and other settlements were under the fire of Russian troops.
“As a result of the shelling from the Grad missile system, a civil enterprise was damaged in Kucherivka, Kupyansk district, and there was a fire. 3 men, aged 50, 51 and 23, were injured. All are hospitalized in moderate condition,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
In addition, a 47-year-old volunteer, who was helping to evacuate the population, was wounded as a result of the shelling of the village of Dvorichna, Kupyansk district. He was hospitalized in serious condition. Doctors are now fighting for his life.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war.
