The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke by phone with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, about providing Ukraine with the necessary weapons, in particular, for counteroffensive. He announced this on his Twitter on April 12, 2023.

“Good to connect with Dmytro Kuleba this morning to discuss updates to Ukraine’s counteroffensive and air defense options. We’re committed to standing with Ukraine as long as it takes, and to supporting a successful counteroffensive,” tweeted Antony Blinken.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also wrote about his telephone conversation with Antony Blinken.
“During our call today, Secretary Blinken reaffirmed the ironclad US support and vehemently rejected any attempts to cast doubt on Ukraine’s capacity to win on the battlefield. The US remains Ukraine’s trustworthy partner, focused on advancing our victory and securing a just peace,” Dmytro Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
