The press center of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported on April 3, 2023, that Russian troops shelled the Vasylivka and Polohy districts of the Zaporizhzhia region (south of Ukraine) 55 times. A civilian was injured and is currently in hospital.

“Russian soldiers made 55 artillery strikes, 5 from multiple rocket launchers, 1 air strike and 7 UAV attacks. Specialists are already recording new destruction in the private sectors of cities and villages and are working on eliminating the consequences of the attack,” informed the press center of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
The press center of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration added that unfortunately, during another shelling, a civilian was injured and is currently in the hospital.
In addition, the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia were attacked by Russians on the night of April 1. The civilian and residential infrastructure of the villages of Rozumivka and Nyzhnya Khortytsia were damaged. The Russian army shelled Zaporizhzhia with four Smerch rocket launchers. As a result of a rocket attack on the cemetery in Zaporizhzhia, 5 people were injured.
