The Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on April 2, 2023, that Russian troops shelled the center of Kostiantynivka, killing three civilians, and six were injured.

“At least three people were killed and six injured during the shelling of Kostiantynivka. High-rise buildings and private residential buildings suffered numerous damages,” informed the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
Currently, the victims are being provided with the necessary assistance. Rescuers and police are working on the scene.
Earlier, Pavlo Kyrylenko said that Russian soldiers injured five civilians in the Donetsk region on April 1, 2023.
“In the Horlivka direction, Toretsk was hit by Grad multiple rocket launchers — 3 people were injured, the House of Culture, a school, an administrative building, the National Medical Center and 2 residential buildings were damaged. It is known about 2 injured in Bakhmut. Isolated shelling took place on the outskirts of Chasiv Yar and Soledar communities,” added the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
