Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration reported that Russian military shelled populated areas of the Donetsk region along the entire front line at night on March 22, 2023. 2 civilians were killed in Avdiivka and 4 civilians were injured in the Donetsk region.

In the middle of the night, Russians shelled Kramatorsk and the outskirts of the city – at least 3 houses, a boiler room and garages were damaged.
“In the Donetsk direction, 2 people were killed in Avdiivka. The city was hit by an aircraft missile attack – three missiles were aimed at the territory of the Avdiivka Coke Plant. At least 7 houses were damaged in the Ocheretyn community – Orlivka, Lastochkyne, Tonenke, Berdychi, Umanske, Novokalynove, Severna and Netaylove were shelled. Maryinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka were affected in the Marinka community,” explained the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
In the Horlivka direction, 4 residential buildings and a commercial building were damaged in the town of Chasiv Yar, isolated shelling took place in Toretsk and Soleda communities.
In the Lysychansk direction, Torske, Zarichne, Yampil and Terny of the Lyman community, Siversk and Serebryanka of the Siversk community were under Russian fire.
