The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov reported that the troops of the Russian Federation shelled at least 13 settlements of the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) with artillery on March 18, 2023, a civilian was injured by Russian fire.

Kupyansk, Dvorichna, Vovchansk, Veterynarne, Hryanivikka, etc. were under Russian fire.
“A 51-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds in the village of Dvorichna as a result of shelling. She is hospitalized in a rather serious condition. Doctors are fighting for her life,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Private houses and farm buildings were also damaged by Russian missile strikes.
“Humanitarian demining continues in the Kharkiv region. The pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine removed and defused 45 explosive objects during the day. Fierce fighting continues on the front lines,” added Oleg Sinegubov.
