Ukrainian aviation destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter in the Yenakiieve area (a city in the Donetsk region, east of Ukraine) on March 3, 2023.

Social networks claim that the fighter was shot down over the occupied Yenakiieve and it belongs to the Russian Air Force. It is probably the Su-34 fighter.
Later, the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed this information.
On March 3, 2023, in the Yenakiieve area, around 1:30 p.m., anti-aircraft gunners of the Nikopol anti-aircraft missile regiment of the “East” air command destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber. One of the pilots died, the second is preparing to join him,” informed the press service of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From February 24, 2022, to March 3, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 151,370 Russian soldiers, including 765 servicemen in the last 24 hours.
