Russian soldiers shelled a city in the Zaporizhzhia region, 1 civilian was injured

The Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration informed on March 1, 2023, that the Russian army shelled Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region (south of Ukraine). As a result, 1 civilian was injured.

“Yesterday, Russian troops once again shelled the city of Huliaipole. The center and outskirts of the city were shelled by multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the attack, a farm building with an area of 20 square meters was burned, trade pavilions and the roof of one of the residential buildings were damaged,” reported the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

One person was injured. He was provided with all necessary medical assistance.

“Firefighters from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine worked at the scene of the shelling and promptly extinguished the fire,” added the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

Earlier it was reported that during the past day, the Russian army shelled 17 settlements in Zaporizhzhia.

“Russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Huliaipole, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Shevchenko, Mala Tokmachka, Orihiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Olhivske, Novoandriivka, Biloghirya, Chervone, Malynivka, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky,” said the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
