The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine informed on February 13, 2023, that energy workers of the Mykolaiv region (south of Ukraine) received almost 64 tons of energy equipment from Poland to restore the infrastructure.

The equipment will be used to carry out repair and restoration works at energy infrastructure facilities in the Mykolaiv region.
“Poland is a reliable partner of Ukraine, which from the first days of the war has provided us with support to fight against Russian aggression on all fronts. Energy is one of them. We thank our Polish partners for helping the Mykolaiv region, whose energy facilities are targeted by the Russian army every day,” said the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko.
The humanitarian cargo from Poland, handed over to “Mykolaivoblenergo” (a joint-stock company which is engaged in the distribution, transportation, and supply of electricity in the Mykolaiv region), in particular, includes supports and more than 8,000 m of insulated wire.
In general, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has distributed almost 400 tons of humanitarian aid to “Mykolayivoblenergo” since the beginning of full-scale hostilities.
