The Kherson Regional Military Administration informed that Russian troops shelled the territory of the Kherson region 63 times injuring three civilians on February 10, 2023.

“Russian soldiers fired 63 times at the territory of the Kherson region. They used artillery, MLRS, mortars, and tanks. 4 Russian UAVs were shot down over the region. Kherson was shelled 16 times by the Russian army – residential buildings and the railway station building were damaged by Russian shells,” reported the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
3 civilians were injured of varying degrees of severity in the Kherson region due to the aggression of the Russian Federation on February 10, 2023.
According to law enforcement officers, the police opened 29 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by Russian military in the Kherson region.
“The Russian army does not stop covering Kherson and its suburbs, Bilozersk community, the city of Beryslav and populated areas of the district with fire around the clock. The building of the village council was damaged, all the windows and doors were broken, an educational institution, apartments in high-rise buildings, private houses and cars were also damaged,” said the police of the Kherson region.
