Russian troops shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region, 1 civilian was killed: photos

The Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Orlov informed that at night of February 9, 2023, the city of Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region (eastern Ukraine) was shelled by Russian military. Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population. A 37-year-old man was killed.

“The commercial building was completely destroyed. About 10 more were damaged. 16 private houses and 2 cars were also damaged by the bloody hands of terrorists [Russian troops – ed.]. A private enterprise was also damaged,” explained the Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

In addition, 7 electricity supply lines and a gas pipeline were damaged in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to Volodymyr Orlov, the relevant services are currently eliminating the consequences of the attack of Russian troops.

The Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region was also under fire from the Russian Federation on February 8, 2023. The Russian army fired about 20 shells at one of the communities.
