The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba noted on December 28, 2022, on Instagram, that Ukrainian diplomats in all corners of the world were collecting and attracting equipment to restore the energy system of Ukraine after the Russian strikes.

“The whole world is “raising” the energy system of Ukraine after the Russian strikes. Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s diplomatic team in all corners of the world is collecting and bringing in equipment to restore Ukraine’s energy system after the Russian strikes,” wrote the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
According to Dmytro Kuleba, an entire energy coalition is working to help Ukraine today.
Here are the new agreements reached over the past two weeks:
“7 autotransformers from the governments of Lithuania, Ireland, and Poland, 543 generators with a capacity of more than 100 kW from Germany, Norway, and Spain, 24 transformers from Finland, 45 transformers from Azerbaijan, and 19 powerful generators from Israel,” explained the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
