“Tomorrow we will officially take this position… We have a very simple question: does Russia have the right to remain a permanent member of the UN Security Council and to be in the United Nations in general? We have a convincing and reasoned answer: no, it does not have,” emphasized Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

Dmytro Kuleba also added that Western partners were already beginning to ask questions about what would happen to Russia after its defeat in the war with Ukraine, in particular regarding its nuclear disarmament, and this topic was no longer a taboo for Western diplomacy.

“People are already asking the question – what should Russia become, so that it does not pose a threat to peace and security? What will Russia be from the point of view of geography, the army, and from the point of view of possessing nuclear weapons,” said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
