The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration noted on December 17, 2022, that Russian military shelled the Kherson region 27 times on December 16, one civilian was killed and three were wounded.

“Russian troops shelled the territory of the Kherson region 27 times. They used artillery, multiple rocket launchers and mortars. Residential quarters of Kherson once again came under Russian fire. Russians targeted a school, an enterprise, power lines, private and apartment buildings,” noted Yaroslav Yanushevych.
Unfortunately, one person was killed and three residents of the Kherson region were injured.
Later, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that Russian soldiers once again shelled the Kherson region in the morning on December 17. Two civilians were injured.
“A 36-year-old man who was in the car died on the spot. A 70-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with an injury. She is currently receiving the necessary medical care,” explained Yaroslav Yanushevych.
