The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration noted on December 14, 2022, that Russian military shelled the territory of the Kherson region 42 times with artillery, multiple rocket launchers, tanks and mortars on December 13, 2022. One civilian was killed and 1 injured.

“The Russian army once again shelled the residential quarters of Kherson. Russian troops targeted the yacht club, school, sports facility, private and apartment buildings. Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population. Russian soldiers killed 1 person, and another civilian of the region was injured,” explained the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
In addition, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported that Russian troops shelled Kherson in the morning on December 14, 2022.
“Kherson. In the morning, a warehouse caught fire as a result of Russian shelling. Emergency services are working on the spot. The extent of the damage is being determined,” noted Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
