Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the Russian flag symbolized complete desolation. According to him, Russian soldiers deliberately destroyed everything in the Ukrainian territories, which they kept under their control for a certain time.
“There is no electricity, no communication, no Internet, no television. Russian troops destroyed everything themselves – on purpose. This is their special operation. On the eve of winter, Russian military destroyed absolutely all critical infrastructure for the people. Absolutely all important objects in the city and the region [Kherson – ed.] are mined,” added the President of Ukraine.
According to Ukraine’s President, the expulsion of Russia is happiness for everyone. Zelenskyy assured that such happiness would be in all cities and communities of Ukraine, which the Russian Federation deprived of normal life both after February 24, 2022, and in 2014.
“We will return everything. We will return to normal life. And we know that peace is getting closer for Ukraine. For our entire country,” concluded the head of state.
