The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine noted that Kherson, which was occupied by Russia since the beginning of March 2022, returned to Ukrainian control on November 11, 2022. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are already entering the Ukrainian city.

Ukrainian Intelligence called on Russian troops who are in the city to surrender and not resist the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Kherson is back under the control of Ukraine, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are entering the city. The retreat routes of Russian soldiers are under the fire control of the Ukrainian army. Any attempts to oppose the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be stopped. Every Russian serviceman who resists will be destroyed,” Ukrainian intelligence reports.
The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine notes that Ukraine adheres to the Geneva Conventions.
“You have the only chance to avoid death – to surrender immediately. In case of voluntary surrender, Ukraine guarantees your safety and life,” Ukrainian Intelligence addressed the Russian army.
