Russia attacked critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv, the Cherkasy region, and in the cities of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia on October 31, 2022.

In addition, in the morning Russia attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia (south of Ukraine). Anatoliy Kurtev, secretary of the Zaporizhzhzia City Council, reported this on the Telegram channel.

“Russians attacked a critical infrastructure object in Zaporizhzhia. Power outages occurred in the city due to the Russian attack. Information about the victims and the extent of the damage is being clarified,” said Anatoliy Kurtev.

The energy facility was also attacked in the Cherkasy region of Ukraine (central Ukraine). Ihor Taburets, the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration said about this. The part of the region blacked out.

In addition, hits to a critical infrastructure facility in Kharkiv (east of Ukraine) were recorded.

“Two missile “arrivals” over Kharkiv. Russia hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city,” the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov reported on the Telegram channel.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration added that Russia launched missile strikes on Kharkiv, previously, with missiles of the S-300 complex, which were launched from Belgorod. Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.
