Vladyslav Nazarov, spokesman for the Operational Command “South” reported that Ukrainian troops eliminated more than 100 Russian soldiers, three warehouses with ammunition and, in particular, 18 Russian howitzers in the south of Ukraine as of October 6, 2022.

“Ukrainian aviation made 7 strikes, in particular, on strongholds, and areas of concentration of Russian forces and means in the Beryslav district, as well as on Russian air defense forces – in Kakhovka district. In total, Ukrainian rocket and artillery units carried out 347 firing missions.”
According to Vladyslav Nazarov, the confirmed losses of the Russian army are: 105 soldiers, 8 tanks, 18 large-calibre howitzers “Msta-S” and “Msta-B”, a self-propelled gun “Pion”, a howitzer gun of 152 calibre 4 mortars, 15 units of cars – armored vehicles, 3 warehouses with ammunition in the Bashtan and Beryslav districts.
The spokesman of the command also specified that 6 more units of Russian equipment, including tanks, an armored combat vehicle, a howitzer and a radio-electronic warfare station, were significantly damaged.
