About 37% of respondents said they had enough money to feed themselves for the next three months, compared with 26% who had that confidence in April.

The share of Ukrainian citizens working in Great Britain increased from 9% in April to 42% at the beginning of August. Such data were obtained as a result of a repeated ONS survey of 1,132 Ukrainian women and men conducted between July 20 and August 4.

It is noted that more than 100,000 people from Ukraine have arrived in the UK under two visa schemes launched following Russia’s invasion.

The survey, conducted by the ONS, assessed the degree of settlement of Ukrainian refugees and the level of adaptation to new conditions.

In addition, it became known, that the proportion of Ukrainian nationals with bank accounts was up from 43% in April to 93% in August.
