Operational information on June 10, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine

Ukrainians heroically resist a Russian military invasion on the one hundred seventh (107th) day.

The involvement of special brigades of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus near the border in Gomel has been confirmed in the Volyn-Polissia directions.

Active action by the enemy is not observed in the Siverskyi direction. There are no signs of strike groups being formed or individual units being moved. Russian army used mortar fire to attack the settlements of Seredynabuda, Rozhkovychi, Sopych and Senkivka.

Russian troops are fighting in the Slobozhanskyi direction with up to 30 tactical units and battalion forces. The enemy is continuing defensive actions in Kharkiv. The Russian army’s main focus is on the maintenance of the occupied frontiers. The aggressor used artillery to bombard Ukrainian positions in order to stop our troops from moving.

Russians in the Sloviansk direction did not take active actions, but concentrated their troops and tried to make conditions for the resumption. In the Donetsk and Lyman directions, Russian troops shelled the entire line of contact, including civil buildings in populated areas, such as Serebrianka and Hryhorivka villages.

The enemy attempts unsuccessfully to take full control of the city of Siverskodonetsk from the Siverskodonetsk-direction, but the fighting goes on.

Russian occupiers are using the army and operational-tactical aircraft in the Bakhmut direction. In the direction of Nyrkove, Mykolayivka, enemy units tried to conduct assault operations. Fire damage was inflicted by Ukrainian soldiers. With heavy losses, the occupiers fled. Russian soldiers attempted to conduct reconnaissance by fighting in front of Berestove and Nahirne. In the direction of South Buh, Russian units are defending. The enemy has moved units to help strengthen the group. Ukrainian Defense Forces defeated 7 enemy attacks in Donetsk & Luhansk over the last 24 hours. They also destroyed 10 tanks and 7 artillery systems, as well as 4 armoured combat vehicles, 3 special armoured vehicles and 4 vehicles units. 5 Orlan-10 UAVs were shot down by air defense units. Ukrainian Defense Forces also attacked places of the enemy’s equipment accumulation and personnel and field depots located in five settlements within the Kherson oblast.
