The victory for Ukraine initially meant the withdrawal of Russian troops to the position until February 24. Now the victory is the liberation of the rest of our territories.

“In the first months of the war, the victory for us was the withdrawal of Russian troops to the positions they held until February 24, and retribution for the damage. Now, if we are strong enough on the military front and win the battle for Donbas, which will be crucial for further dynamics of the war, then, of course, the victory for us in this war will be the liberation of the rest of our territories.”
He added that only Russia’s defeat would allow Ukraine to reopen its Black Sea ports and restore its export economy.
