The Chief of Staff of the US Army believes that Russia has not been able to implement its own military plan to capture Ukraine.

“The plan that was in Russia is very complicated. Such a plan requires highly trained and disciplined soldiers. They did not have such abilities. They didn’t have enough trained soldiers.”
The General also added that Russia needed a much better logistics system to implement such a military plan.
“Ukrainians may not have the same capabilities and abilities as in Russia, but Ukrainians have the will. When you build a cohesive team, it matters. It’s different from what we’ve seen elsewhere. “
The General also stressed the importance of US allies and partners in providing logistics to support Ukraine.
