The Italian humanitarian organization Cesvi has allocated the first 500 thousand euros for the reconstruction of the Ukrainian city of Bucha in the Kyiv region, which was occupied by Russian troops.

It is known that the first part of the aid will be spent on the restoration of the destroyed public and communal infrastructure, reconstruction of housing, and re-equipment of special equipment: ambulance, fire, and public transport.

The foundation receives charitable contributions from private and public donors, including the municipality of Bergamo, where it is headquartered. The amount of aid for the reconstruction of the city is planned to increase with these contributions.
