Defeated Russian troops that retreated from the north of Ukraine began to appear in the Donbas on the eve of Russia’s attempts to launch an offensive.
They already have a significant number of forces in the region. According to estimates, there are 65 combat-ready battalion tactical groups in Ukraine.
All 65 battalion tactical groups are located in the east and south of Ukraine. In the coming days, they will try to deploy additional battalion groups.
Some of these groups that have left the northern part of Ukraine in recent weeks, in particular the Kiyv region, returned to Belarus and Russia to replenish supplies and strengthen them in order to go and attack the Donbass.
