Today the flag of Ukraine was hoisted at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The station was finally liberated from the occupiers.

“Today at 11:00 a.m. the flag of Ukraine was hoisted again on the Chernobyl industrial site, and the National Anthem of Ukraine was played.”
The flag-raising ceremony was attended by the station’s operational personnel, who continued to ensure the nuclear and radiation safety of the Chornobyl NPP facilities in the difficult conditions of capture by Russian troops.
