Biden commented on Russia’s use of hypersonic missiles in Ukraine and called it a tough action of “Putin pressed against the wall.”

“And if you’ll notice, Russia has just launched the hypersonic missile, because it’s the only thing that they can get through with absolute certainty,” Biden said. “It’s, as you all know, it’s a consequential weapon, and, but with the same warhead on it as any other launch missile, it doesn’t make that much difference, except it’s almost impossible to stop it. There’s a reason they’re using it.”
According to the US President, Putin is “pressed with his back to the wall.” But the more he is pressed, the more aggressive tactics he can resort to.
The head of State also spoke in detail about the military assistance sent to Ukraine and the region. In particular, according to him, Ukraine has received military equipment that “creates chaos for the Russian military, their tanks, helicopters, and aircraft.”
Biden repeated warnings that Russia is likely to conduct “operations under a false flag,” including the possibility of a chemical weapons attack in Ukraine.
“When he (Putin – ed.) starts talking about something that, according to him, NATO, Ukraine or the United States are going to do, it means that he is preparing to do it. I’m not kidding,” Biden said.
