One year ago, the Minsk agreement was signed. Over the year, the situation on the occupied territories has only deteriorated. Russian terrorists and mercenaries have been violating Minsk agreements and laws of war by committing war crimes. The result was thousands of victims as well as despair, devastation and repression of the innocent population.
