British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Phillip Hammond arrives for a visit to Sofia today. Besides with his Bulgarian counterpart, Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov, he is to have talks also with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and President Rossen Plevneliev. This is the first visit of British Foreign Secretary to Bulgaria in the last 16 years.
