Published February 09, 2015 As violence escalates in eastern Ukraine, U.S. President Barack Obama says he has not yet decided whether to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine as it fights Russian-backed separatists. Mr. Obama made the comments in Washington on Monday alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Both leaders said they will continue to pursue a diplomatic solution to the conflict.
