The cease-fire is violated in Eastern Ukraine despite the agreements of so-called ‘Normandy Four’

Pro-Russian terrorists continue shelling, despite the agreements of foreign ministers from Ukraine (Pavlo Klimkin), France (Laurent Fabius), Russia (Sergei Lavrov) and Germany (Frank-Walter Steinmeier) who met in Berlin to discuss a fragile ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine, a recent flare up in fighting after a period of relative calm, Russian aggression and violation of the Minsk agreements (February 12, 2015) by Russian-backed militants.

As it was reported, on April 13 six Ukrainian soldiers were killed in Eastern Ukraine, 12 servicemen were injured. On Wednesday, April 15, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, two were wounded:

“Over the past day, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in fighting, and two were wounded,” ATO speaker Colonel Andrii Lysenko .

In addition Russia-backed terrorists used 120-mm mortars and 122-mm cannons.
