They, in fact, managed to create a complete army out of disparate gang groups.

March 10 – Fighters of the so-called “DNR” and “LNR” succeeded in uniting their forces under one command, stated the organizer of Informational Opposition, Dmytro Tymchuk.

“Taking advantage of the ‘ceasefire’, the commandership of the Russian-terrorist forces continues to perfect the level of fighting ability of their units. By today it was capable to create a single commanding structure – a so-called Army of New Russia,” he writes.

“In spite of the division of occuppied territories into DNR and LNR, their armed formations at present are already reorganized and have a clear structure, including in the areas of operative and administrative management, refprming and acting according to one plan and one intention,” stated Tymchuk.

In essence, according to him, “during the time of the ‘ceasefire’ the management of the RF carried out a reformation of the band units of LNR and DNR and the units transferred to the Donbas Russian mercernaries into a totally efficient army which is subject to a single system of command.”
