Transatlantic TakeThe latest developments in Syria should serve as a warning to European countries that they will not be able to put off indefinitely the challenge of repatriating their nationals who had joined Islamic State (IS) and their families. IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed, but jihadists in the region are determined to reorganize.
