Dutch referendum could derail CETA ratification


November 5, 2016 – 7:34am The States General is the bicameral legislature of the Netherlands, consisting of the Senate and the House of Representatives. It meets at the Binnenhof complex in downtown The Hague.
A referendum in the Netherlands has the potential to derail the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
