After the presidential elections in France, the nature of “Normandy format is likely to change – an opinion stated by Co-Director for Foreign Policy and International Security, Mikhaylo Pashkov to the Observer.
“Ukraine has to be ready that a candidate who wins the elections in France will stand for improving relations with Russia, which means that the “Normandy” format will change»- Pashkov said.
