It is the 131st day of the Ukrainians’ brave resistance against a Russian military invasion.
The situation in the Volyn’, Siverskyi direction and Polissia has not changed. The Russian aggressor used artillery as well as helicopters of Russian army aviation to destroy the Defense Forces positions in the Sumy region near civilian villages of Vovkivka, Vasylivske, Bachivsk Bilopillia.
Russia’s troops are concentrating their efforts in Kharkiv to stop Ukrainian troops from attacking and restraining them. They used radio-electronic warfare systems to attack the Defense Forces of Ukraine’s control and communications system. Ukrainian soldiers responded by resolutely suppriming the assault attempt in the direction of Prudianka.
Russia’s units in the Sloviansk direction are trying to take control of the settlements Dolyna, Bohorodychne and Mazanivka through assault operations. The fighting continues. Russia is reorganizing troops in order to resume the offensive. To accomplish this, a Russian battalion tactical unit was moved from the city of Izyum to the settlement of Snizhkivka. Additional units of Russian barrel artillery were also deployed.
The Russian army is focusing its efforts in the Donetsk direction on the gradual displacement of units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the Sivers’k- Fedorivka- Bakhmut line.
Russian soldiers conducted artillery preparation and forced the river Siverskyi Donets in the Kramatorsk area. They made their positions near Lysychans’k – Bilohorivka.
In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian army increased the shelling of positions of Ukrainian troops using barrel and rocket artillery. In the vicinity of the Vuhlehirska power station, Berestove, Spirne and Pokrovske Russians launched massive rocket attacks.
Russia uses artillery support to conduct offensive actions in areas around the settlements of Spirne, Vasylivka, Klynove, Maiorsk and Berestove but fails.
Russian occupiers attacked near Pobieda and Mariyinka settlements. They launched missile strikes in the east of Mariyinka and Avdiyivka. Russian invaders attacked in Novopavlivka and Zaporizhia directions.
Russian troops are primarily focusing their efforts in the South Buh, Tavriyskyi directions on retaking lost positions in areas of settlements of Potemkine and Myrne and stopping the Ukrainian army from conducting counteroffensive actions within the Kherson, Mykolayiv regions. Russian soldiers are upgrading the engineering equipment at the Novovoskresenske area.
Seventeen wagons containing ammunition were transported by Russian soldiers from the illegally annexed by Russia Crimea towards the “Kalanchak” railway station (village Myrne in the Kherson region).
3 Russian sea-based cruise missile carriers of type “Caliber” are ready for use in the Black Sea.
Ukrainian aircraft and rocket artillery continue to successfully fire at ammunition warehouses, accumulations of military equipment and manpower of the Russian invaders.
