Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has met with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who is in Kyiv on a working visit, the government portal has reported.
“The prime minister discussed with the German representative the current financial and economic situation in Ukraine and prospects for the provision by the European Union of support for the implementation of the reforms planned by the government,” reads the statement.
In the context of the situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Yatseniuk and Steinmeier stressed the importance of implementation of all provisions of the Minsk agreements to achieve the stabilization of the situation in these regions.
