Volkswagen has announced it is recalling a total of 391,000 Touareg vehicles worldwide because of a problem that was detected with brake pedal, Ukrainian weekly Novoye Vremia reported with reference to auto news portal at autoconsulting.com.ua.
The carmaker said 391,000 Touaregs built between 2011 and 2016 would be recalled because ”a circlip could be loose on the bearing bracket for pedals,” according to a report.
The failure may cause the driver to not be able to use the pedal.
As UaPosition reported earlier, in February, Toyota car maker decided to recall 2.87 million vehicles worldwide for potentially faulty seat belts.
