VTB Bank raises authorized capital by 35%

PJSC VTB Bank has increased its authorized capital by 35%, or UAH 8.9 billion, to UAH 34.2 billion, the bank reported on its website.

It is also reported that the annual general meeting of shareholders is scheduled for April 29, during which the bank will adopt its articles of association with a new authorized capital in the amount of UAH 34.2 billion.

As UaPosition reported earlier, VTB Bank has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 1992 and belongs to a group of foreign banking institutions. Russian Vneshtorgbank (VTB, Russian foreign trade bank) has owned more than 99.9% of the shares in its Ukrainian subsidiary since 2006.
