The Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a basis and as a whole presidential bill No. 1014-3 introducing amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on Ukraine’s refusal to implement non-alignment policy.
A total of 303 MPs voted for this decision at a parliament meeting on Tuesday.
