US and France convene immediate meeting with world leaders to discuss new Russian offensive on Ukraine

US and French Presidents, Joe Biden and Emanuel Macron will hold a meeting with other heads of state on Russia’s new offensive against Ukraine.

The United States and France are convening a meeting with the leaders of Germany, Britain, Canada, Italy, Poland, and Romania today on April 19.

The meeting will also be attended by NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Council President Charles Michel.

This meeting will be dedicated to discussing a new Russian offensive against Ukraine in the east and south of the country.
